ive always had mental health issues and there was a point a couple months ago where i thought i understood myself enough to control it and be able to study but im figuring out that im still pretty incapable.

i wanted to do psychology because its extremely important to understand how your and other peoples minds work. had i met a proper psychologist when i was in high school i would probably be in a vastly different place right now and i would like to one day be able to help people who were in my postion.
