Looking for Someone Special Hi! My name is Hailey and I'm a part-time graduate student working on my TESOL (teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) degree in upstate New York. I'm part-time at the moment so I also been trying to gain more experience through paid tutoring and volunteer teaching. After graduation, I'm planning to apply to teach at a high school or college setting.

I can come across as shy at first, but when you get to know me you'll find that I am a fun and talkative person. I'm looking for someone who can challenge me to live to my full potential, but is down to earth and caring. I think sometimes I can be self conscious, and occasionally wish I was more outgoing, but I enjoy opportunities to get outside my comfort zone.

Some of my hobbies are reading (particularly fantasy and science fiction), writing, and hanging out with friends. I have been trying to stay active and enjoy outdoor activities such as kayaking, biking, swimming, hiking, and boating. I grew up in a small rural town and love animals. I have four cats and a guinea pig. I studied some Japanese and Korean in my undergraduate studies, and currently attend Japanese language study groups and language workshops.
