Wander---- While I'm a very outgoing person, I still can't help but to feel like the amount of people on my campus cannot possibly contain the "right" person for me. I'd like to humbly consider myself as a very artistic, open-minded person, but all together classy and very professional at all times (except, y'know..behind closed doors!)
I'm Latina, and I'm very proud of this. Being of this heritage has emphasized the importance of immigration issues, youth and family. I wish to one day travel the world helping people where I'm needed, but ultimately I want to advocate for immigrant youth rights.
What I love about college is the fact that it is training and pushing me to become more independent. It's finally opening up my eyes to what the "real world" is like, and I've learned so much more this past year than I've learned probably in my entire life.
What I hate is the drama that it puts you through to get there. Everything is always on edge, and nothing is ever for certain. Things here are much too temporary, and it's something I'm just not okay with.
